What moves a number toward the top of its range?
Four factors do most of the moving. Timber first: pinewood keeps a build near the floor of its range, red cedar sits in the middle, and thermowood or figured cedar sends it toward the ceiling — easily thirty million rupiah apart on the same 2×2 m footprint. Glass comes second: one vision panel barely registers, a full glass front does, and two glazed walls meeting at a frameless corner is a different cabin entirely.
Third is what your meter already gives you. A Sentul City cluster sitting on 7,700 VA just needs a circuit run — done. Empang is the flip side: a 2,200 VA house there needs PLN's capacity upgrade before anything else, paid by the owner, often with a fresh cable run from a consumer unit clear across the building. Fourth is simply getting there: a ground-floor room off the driveway is straightforward, while a footpath-only terrace in Vimala Hills adds handling days we would rather put on the quote than quietly swallow.
Two things never move the number. The survey costs nothing anywhere in Bogor Raya, and a job on the Puncak road is not priced above the same job in Kota Bogor — the extra driving is ours to absorb, not yours to pay for.
What does the electricity bill look like each month?
Run three or four sessions a week and a household dry sauna costs IDR 200,000–500,000 monthly, a steam room IDR 300,000–600,000, an infrared cabin IDR 100,000–250,000, and a cold plunge IDR 300,000–700,000 — that last one swinging on how cold you keep it and how sheltered the tub really is.
Running costs aside, consumables still add up. Stones need swapping every few years, a steam generator wants regular flushing plus a softener where the water runs hard, and a cold plunge gets through filter cartridges and an ozone or UV lamp on its own schedule. For a dry cabin, set aside somewhere between one and two million rupiah annually; a steam room asks for rather more.
The cabin structure carries a two-year warranty regardless; heaters keep whatever factory cover they arrived with, one to two years, and we stock spare parts for Harvia, Sawo and Tylö locally, so a dead element means a repair, not a three-month import wait.

What is actually included in the numbers on this page?
Every figure bundles a dedicated breaker, an ELCB, heat-resistant SiHF cable, the guard, stones, and either the heater or generator itself — plus fitting with a live test heating. Left out: any PLN capacity upgrade, which PLN bills straight to the owner, plus building work beyond the cabin's own footprint.
How does payment work, and when do I get a number I can rely on?
A free survey turns into a visualisation and an itemised quote within a few days. Half is due on signing, the rest before we install. Once you have the quote, that is the number — it holds unless you change the spec afterward.
If I can only meet on a weekend, does that change the price or the schedule?
Not the price. Plenty of Puncak and Sentul owners are only free on a Saturday, so surveys and calls happily run on weekends — we simply keep deliveries and fabrication on weekdays so nothing sits stuck in weekend traffic on the way up.
