We are open every day from 08:00 to 20:00 WIB, weekends included, because most weekend-house owners can only meet us on a Saturday or Sunday. Deliveries up the Puncak road are still scheduled on weekdays so the one-way system never strands a load halfway to Megamendung.
Service area: Kota Bogor, Bogor Selatan and Rancamaya, Sentul City, Ciawi, Gadog and Vimala Hills, Cisarua and Megamendung, with Gunung Putri and Kota Wisata as the northern limit. English and Indonesian are both fine, and a photograph of your PLN meter saves a whole round of questions.
What happens after you send a message?
Location, what you are planning, and photos if you have them. We reply within 1–2 working hours.
The project manager asks about the room, the meter capacity and who will use the sauna.
From your photos we give an indicative figure before anyone drives out to you.
We measure on site anywhere in Bogor Raya, weekdays for Puncak, weekends for town.
You see the cabin in your space and receive an itemised quote with a schedule.
50 per cent to start, the balance before installation, then a test heating and the two-year warranty.
